With every transition, one question followed me: Where do I get the strength and energy to keep up with my life?

Somewhere along my path, I became vegan for ethical reasons and moved through different stages of this lifestyle, learning and adjusting as I went. The more knowledge I gathered, the clearer something powerful became: real self-care doesn’t begin with quick fixes.
